Our mission is to use Design Thinking to provide some of the most innovative co-living spaces on the market today. For us, design starts at the architectural stage and influences both layout, fabric of the building and interior. We have a unique background in product and customer experience design which we have applied to the property sector. This innovation led approach has allowed us to create unique spaces that have raised the standards for shared living.
We treat each property as a product and tenants as our customers. Like any product on market you need to innovate and use design to become the market leader. The HMO (house of multiple occupancy) market is changing as tenants expect more. We set up Co-Living Spaces to be at the forefront of this micro-living movement as the market transitions to flexible co-living and co-working.
